Vice Chairman - Floy Lilley, J.D. is a property rights attorney in Florida, formerly, the Program Director for the Murchison Chair of Free Enterprise at the University of Texas at Austin. She also serves on the Executive Committee of the Association of Private Enterprise Education and several other organizations focused on free markets, private property rights, and Constitutional values. |

Director - Bert Smith is founder of Smith and Edwards, known nation-wide as the shopping center of the West in Ogden, Utah, and founder of the National Federal Lands Conference. Bert was a driving force is the "Sagebrush Rebellion" which prevented the enactment of national comprehensive planning legislation in the 1970s. |
