Chairman - Henry Lamb is the founder of the Environmental Conservation Organization, founded in 1988, Sovereignty International, Inc., in 1996,  and Freedom21, Inc., in 1999.  He also serves on various boards and committees of other organizations that promote environmental stewardship, private property rights, and Constitutional values.

Director - Tom McDonnell is the Executive Vice President of  the Idaho Cattle Association, and past Director of Natural Resources for the American Sheep Industry Association. Tom's research and publications have significantly advanced understanding of the International community and the global agenda.

Director - Bert Smith is founder of Smith and Edwards, known nation-wide as the shopping center of the West in Ogden, Utah, and founder of the National Federal Lands Conference. Bert was a driving force is the "Sagebrush Rebellion" which prevented the enactment of national comprehensive planning legislation in the 1970s.
